The CJ Kirst replica is a perfect shifty mid pocket that can shift up high when shooting and also drop down low for one handed cradling. 

CJ Kirst is the all time NCAA record holder for goals, a national champion for Cornell, an NLL champion and rookie of the year, and now plays for the Philadelphia Waterdogs in the PLL. CJ uses the Nike L4 and semi soft stringking mesh but this pocket works great with all mesh.
